Returns and Exchanges Policy

At BUTTERFINDS LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment completion. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If you encounter any issues with a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for support.


General Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). Requests made after 30 days will not be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.

This policy does not apply to items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws are in addition to this policy and remain unaffected.

All returns must be made to BUTTERFINDS LLC in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, BUTTERFINDS LLC will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The final decision regarding the condition of the product and the application of this policy is at BUTTERFINDS LLC‘s discretion.

Please Note:

  • Requests that do not meet the terms outlined above will not be authorized.
  • Returns made without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund, and Butterfinds will not be responsible for any lost items.

For authorized returns or exchanges, BUTTERFINDS LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions provided, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request based on the condition of the returned item and Butterfinds‘s policies.

If Approved:

  • Exchanges: Processed promptly.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after several days:

  1. Allow extra time for processing.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
